County Fair!

County fair time. Box Elder County Fair. Sorry, no other fair like it. My favorite.

So many food options there. Which honestly is my favorite part about it. Food just makes events that much better. My mom asked me what I was leaning towards that night, the dutch oven, the navajo taco, the gyro...told her I couldn't decide cause all I was thinking about was the peach cobbler, and cherry pie, and caramel apple. My mind always goes straight to the desserts. Its a good thing I exersice all the time, I'm afraid I'd be huge if not. I love me some sweets!!

Anybody else get a kick out of the difference in your kids and what they like to eat. Carson always wants the chinese food, Lincoln gets 2 hotdogs, just plain old hot dogs. No buns, no ketchup. Just hotdog. And my baby bug eats whatever I put in front of him. He ate bites of it all.

Then its onto the rides. My grandpa is always there and he is the ticket master. Hands out tickets left and right to all of us grandkids, and great grandkids. I think that is what is so special about this night. I have been going to this fair my whole life, with my Williams' side of the family. Same hamburgers, same merry go round and ferris wheel, and same grandparents that I love, standing there in the middle of it all, handing out tickets. Love them so much. So scary watching them get older, can't imagine a world where they are not here. They are a part of every memory for me. Could not love any two people more.

Love this boy. Love how he truly loves this side of my family. I swear he fits in perfectly, like he has always been here with us.

Look at these boys with our Elle Belle. Cracks me up. Sometimes I feel bad for her cause Ashley and I are literally always together. Daily. Sometimes multiple times a day. So it is Elle Belle and FIVE boys!! She is so outnumbered, but then I see pics like this and I know that no little girl is more loved and looked out for more than our girl. She is truly our rose amongst thorns. Love her, and love the way they look out for her.

It was such a fun night. After the rides, we always migrate back to the middle of the fair. Right in front of the bandstand. My kids love to dance out on the floor. Probably their favorite part of the night. We all pick our treats, snowie and popcorn for Carson, popcorn and icecream for Lincoln, and just popcorn for Drake. Thiago got the peach cobbler and me...cherry pie. My all time favorite dessert. Cherry pie.

Love any night spent with this little family of mine.
