10 on 10...July!

Here I am. Back from a week long stay in Island Park with family. It was heaven. 6 days too short. We plan and anticipate and just like that its over. And I am back in the real world. And the real world sucks. No, not really. Sometimes its just hard to get your groove back, ya know. I'm workin' on it. Trying to find the ebb and flow between work and play. We'll get there. In the meanwhile I have a monster load of pictures for ya, and the post for some of it is in progress. Unfortunately, I would rather get caught up on this weeks episode of "The Bachelorette" tonight instead of typing out a ginormous vacation post. So I bring you today's 10 on 10 instead. My breakfast...a few Newtons and strawberry milk. Can I get a shout out for strawberry milk. Very much understated when compared against chocolate milk. Shouldn't be...it is oh so yummy.

Holy mother its a hot one. 102 today. Yuck, double yuck. Perfect day for swimsuits and sprinklers.

Mid-summer bloomers. So very pretty and oh so welcomed.

Whats this...Ash stopped by and with her came a coke for me and a smore' pie. It was a bad eating day today. Need to run an extra 1/2 mile tomorrow to work this crap off.

Did some work in my flower beds while my monkeys splashed around. Guess what I wore while doing it? My swimsuit. Well, and a tank and shorts. Judge if you want, but it was too freaking hot out there.

Washed my bed sheets just yesterday, but lucky me got to do it again today. Someone got a nosebleed in the middle of the night and my bed was the recipient.

After a quick shower, we loaded up in the car. We had places to be.

Family picnic in the park. Complete with KFC. Thanks mom and Deano!

Fun was had by all. Mostly by this little guy. He sat in this exact spot for 30 minutes eating 2 pieces of watermelon. He was lovin' it. That's it from me tonight. Bachelorette awaits. By the way I am totally loving Jef.
