This is how my garage looked ALL weekend long. Just me, just one car. So sad. Thiago serves in the young men and they headed out on their high adventure (which is a scouting thing) for a few days. My sisters and mom always make fun of me cause of the anxiety I get when Thiago and I are separated. I don't do well. Guess I just like his company a little too much and I get super sad and lonely. Luckily, it was the weekend which means I worked all day Friday and a few hours on Saturday so it made it speed by. Thursday was just me though. Just me and these three....
Thankfully these three little monkeys are turning into pretty good company, especially Carson. The older they get and the more they are turning into my little friends, they keep my chin up and keep me distracted from missing their dad.
These two spent most of their time digging into all of Carson's new birthday toys. Here they are with the lego police helicopter we gave him. I absolutley love to watch these two play. Its so crazy cause they are over 3 1/2 years apart from each other, but you would never know it. Lincoln is just right there with him, they seriously are little sidekicks in every single thing. Any mom knows that kinda thing just warms your heart. Watching the relationships between your children. Couldn't make me more proud.
Wherever one is, you are sure to find the other.
And little Draker bug just toddles along, doing his best to keep up with those big brothers of his.
Thankfully, they are pretty good to him.
Most of Thursday was spent with me hauling the boys around on a bazillion errands. We are getting ready for an upcoming family vacation and I had a whole list of odds and ends. They were super good sports about it all, so I rewarded them with Chick-fil-a. We also had Carson's last t-ball game that night but I failed to get a picture with my SLR. However, I did get one with my phone so you can see it on my next Instagram post.
I let these two animals sleep in my bed that night. Judging by their positions I will let you decide if I slept well that night. The answer is no.
After work on Friday, I gathered up a few things and headed to my most favorite spot.
My mommy dears. usually Thiago just has the boys on Saturday mornings but since he was gone, my mom said she would watch them for me while I was gone. So I just decided to leave a night early and go spend it with her.
Her cute little guest room, isn't it just so homey and welcoming.
My boys snuggled in her huge bed watching "Hocus Pocus" (I know, they are weird).
She returned them home to me Saturday afternoon once I got off work. They had ran into the Harley Davidson store and my mom bought each of them one of these little motorcycles. New favorite toy. They have not put them down since. Thanks mom!
Finally, at about 5:00 my boy got home, and I was a happy girl. My mom hung around and we all went out to dinner. Our favorite Mexican restaurant. Yum.
Where Lincoln behaved like an absolute hooligan. Anybody want to borrow a very lively 3 year old for a few days. Give this girl a break. I kid, I kid.
Sunday, two of my cousins were both blessing their new babies so we attended that as well as a luncheon. I took no other pictures, except for this one of myself wearing a new skirt. Sorry if you hate all my self portraits, I just kinda love new clothes and feel it must be documented. Haha.
Later that night we all stopped by my moms again where she fixed us all dinner and dessert and we all just hung around and visited. Pretty great weekend considering Thiago was gone for most of it. Still enjoyed myself for the most part.....
Well friends....we'll see you all later!

That Mexican food looks fantastic! Where is it from? We've been searching for a good Mexican restaurant, but can't seem to find one.
