Snapshots of Christmas Day

As previously mentioned, as soon as we got done opening presents as a family it was time to fly. We were super late, so I ran like a crazy person trying to get me and the kids dressed and ready to go. My babes all got a few new clothes, so I dressed them matchy-matchy (did you expect anything less )and demanded my pictures. Of course all FOUR children in my house grumbled and complained, until I told them that my greatest gift for the holidays is my pictures. They are priceless to me. This statement made them all a bit more cooperative.

Sweetest boys.

I bought myself new clothes for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as well.

Made it my mother in laws a little while later. Where breakfast was waiting. Really tried to pace myself as far as the food goes. I ate tiny little portions knowing there was going to be alot of food this day.

Drake and his daddy. Have I told you guys about this baby's obsession with his dad. He wants nothing to do with me the minute Thiago gets home. Daddy's number one little fan.

Kills me.

We gave Regi this framed photo of his team. He was so jealous of the one I gave Thiago, that we thought it would be a good idea for him.

Carson opening his present from Vovo. I am loving his reaction.

And its a globe. Weird, yes. He has truly been asking for a globe for like 3 years now. I used to think he was just being weird, finally decided well what the heck, he must really want one. So when Maria asked what to get him, we said a globe. He loves it. And now I have a pretty new decoration for our downstairs family room.

Stayed there for a bit longer, even time for my baby and his dad to take a small nap. Good thing too. He needed it, so fussy and grouchy...and I don't mean Drake. Haha.

We then headed to my aunt's home. Which I love. I swear her and my mom just have the gift. Its like stepping into a magazine of perfection. Every room, every table, every tree, every place setting is just so beautiful. I truly appreciate that kind of a thing, just sets the mood and the festiveness.

I misunderstood the whole concept of the preChristmas at my moms a few weeks earlier. I thought we were just doing the presents between the cousins. Got there and realized we were doing my moms presents as well. Whoops..so my mom got hers late. I gave it to her that day. New robe. Lady loved it.

My mom giving the kids their presents from Granny O. She made them each a t-shirt that read, "my name is Carson, and I'm a mormon". Only Granny O, lady cracks me up.

Great little afternoon.

Final stop is my dads. He had french dip, shrimp, chips and dip. Yum.

Kids were spoiled there as well. I tell ya this kids are lucky. Can't believe all that they get.

Final piles once we got it all home.

Now the fun adventure of finding a home for it all.

It was a most blessed Christmas season for our family this year. Look back at 2012 with some great memories, wonderful year for our family. Hoping the same for 2013!
