All Tuckered Out

Had to throw this picture on here. Every night Thiago and I go on a 3 mile walk. We want to start jogging but it is hard pushing the strollers. Our kids stay awake for the first little while but somewhere between the first 2 miles this is how we find them. Sound asleep. It works out great for us. We find time to workout, don't need a babysitter, and still get that one on one time with each other. We love it. Don't want winter to come cause then it is back to working out in the basement and at the gym. Not nearly as much fun.

That's a good idea! Maybe that's something Aaron and I will do next spring and summer!

So sweet! That is the best, I hope they stay asleep when you transfer them to their beds?

Jeff and I need to start walking. We are both not liking what we see in the mirror lately. Time to change that!

Oh you Cano's that is so weird....JK

You know it's the jealousy speaking as I sit here and eat my icecream not caring an ounce to get up and do exercise of any kind let alone drag my kids along while I do it, so admirable of you...

That is so cute. It worked well for me too. I need to more often. Sweet little sleeping monkeys.

I feel like it has been forever since I have commented on your blog...but I want you to know I have been checking, but I have only had time to check...not comment! I love that you and Thiago go on walks at night...what a great idea, the kids get to get out, and you get some great time to talk...what could be better?
