Gardner Village

What did me and the kids do on the first 80 degrees day of the year......

We put on our shorts and flipflops and headed to Gardner Village with my family. It was a perfect day, the weather was so beautiful and the kids were all on their best behavior. There wasn't a whole lot of people there so we just strolled around, taking our time. The kids loved all the flowers and water and ducks and all the other fun sights to see. It is a great place with lots of oppurtunity to take pictures, so have fun cause I took alot.

Look at this handsome little man, Carson could have stayed in this spot all day. We all know this kid LOVES water, he was absolutely loving it.

In one of the little shops, there was a little play room for kids. It was set up like a little house with a kitchen, table, couch, ironing board etc. My mom walked in first and saw it and turned around and said "Uh-oh, don't let Carson see this". Too late, he saw and he loved. Took us about a half hour to get him out of there. Luckily Ash was in there buying bows and headbands for Elle, and she was taking her sweet time. It worked out.

I know I say this every time, but its true. Lincoln was a perfect little baby all day long. He is just a very easy going kind of kid. Both my kids are, they get that from their dad. Certainly not their mom.

More water pictures. Notice my mom holding on to Lance and Carson's wrists. By this point they both had gotten a little to close to the water. Lance lost a shoe in the pond (we found it) and Carson partially fell in. Luckily he was wearing shorts though. Silly boys!

Lincoln bug gettin some love from Ash! How do you like that glob of drool hanging down.

Carson with the tulips I told him NOT to pick. He is a great listener.

Finish the day off with some nice cold treats. Kiddies got icecream and us girls headed to the bakery. YUM!!

So glad you had a fun day. Boys and water, what is it about that? My favorite is Mom with the Grandkids, so cute!!!

I was this close to using that exact first line for my post, ha ha! Carson was so funny in that little house, that is right up his alley, you need to get him a little ironing board you know. Cute pictures, you got some good ones, it was a fun day. Let's have another tommorow!
