Thiago's dad turned 50 this past week, so we all got together for a surprise party for him. Although, all those who know me well know that I am NEVER on time for anything. So of course we missed the actual surprise part, but whatever. Brazilians throw the best parties. There were about 50 people or so, all the brazilian food, dancing, music....good stuff.
Our family (well Brev included, he wouldn't let Thiago put him down) I know, I know great picture of Carson. He was sooo on my nerves that night, kinda going through a bratty stage where he refuses to cooperate with anything.
Little Lincoln Reginaldo with his namesake. This picture kinda makes me cry, cause it completely sums up their relationship. Regi loves his little baby so much, I just love it. Of course he loves Carson too, but Carson has always been closer to Maria and he loves to butt heads with his Grandpa. However Lincoln is sooo in love. Every time we go over to Cano's, Regi grabs Lincoln and I don't see him for the rest of the night. They are usually in this exact pose too. I can't tell you how many times he has calmed him down and got him to sleep like this. It is so sweet, you can just see the love in this picture, don't you think?
Oh my dear husband, I just had to take this picture cause this is about the 8th person he had told this story to that night. He had a boys soccer game earlier that day and he got thrown out by the ref. I had to listen to this story over and over and over. Just kidding honey, I don't mind and you are right the ref was a little brat.
Carson loved this dog, it was his best friend that night. Would not leave it alone. It was alot of fun, I love my inlaws and am so grateful to be a part of their lives. We love you Regi, happy B-day old man, thank you so much for loving us all and being the best grandpa there ever was.

That's kinda funny Theo got thrown out, didn't Regi get thrown out earlier too, those Cano men ha ha! The Cano's are the most wonderful people I have ever met, they have the wonderful ability of loving each and every person they are in contact with, Regi if you read this we love you too, happy birthday! Great picture of him with Lincoln it's so fitting that his namesake loves him so much!

Gotta love bratty refs...I know I do. That is such a sweet picture of Lincoln and his Grandpa, love it. How fun to have such large get-togethers!
Oh I totally know what you mean when you have to hear a story a zillion times - even if it is hilarious. I like to listen for variations and call him out on it in front of everyone just to spite him.

Anyways, T's parents look so young! more like 40 than 50. Thats some good genetics, I'm sure T will always look younger than he is (jons like that too dang them!)
Oh so sweet! They are such a great family, I know Jeff thinks the world of them. Such sweet pictures of Lincoln with his grandpa. And the picture of Theo telling the soccer story cracks me up, I can totally picture him going off about the ref!

What a great day! I love those pictures of Grandpa and Lincoln. There really is nothing better than having such great Grandparents! I do remember those Brazilian parties being the best time!
