Thanks to the Scouts for our flag in the front yard. This got Carson's day off to a great start. The entire time we were in the house getting ready to go, Carson was out front with the flag. No worries, our bedroom window is in front of the house and we could see him. What is it about kids and flags, well at least my kid and flags.
We had a different Memorial day, every year since I have been alive we always go to the graves. This is the first year in my entire life that I did not. I feel bad. My mom went camping and it is with her family that we usually go, so I wasn't about to go if she wasn't there. So we decided to go to Park City. Me and Thiago have been wanting to hit the outlets, but we never really have a day together. Saturday's I work half a day, and that is his only day off. Soooo, we just never get around to it.
Thiago's parents and Rosemary came with us, and Ash and Souli. It worked out well, me and Ash can go to the kids stores while Souli and Thiago do their thing.
Thiago got Carson signed up for the fall soccer season, and they had a great time getting him some of his equipment. Carson can't wait, he loves to watch his dad and thinks it is so cool that he gets to too!
That night we had a BBQ at my house. I got absolutely ZERO pictures of that. You know how when things are at your house, you just kinda forget about the camera. Well that is what happened. Thanks to Cano's, Smith's, and Phongsavaths's for coming and bringing food. YUM, what is memorial day without grilling up some good food right??

Ooooh how fun. I've never been to the outlets. Come to think of it - I think I've only been to park city a few times my entire life. Shame, shame!
I didn't know you had signed Carsy up for soccer that is so cute, I can't wait to come see him. I know it felt so weird not going to Willard this year even though I havn't been there for the last three still weird. Thanks for hosting last night hopefully you got to bed at a decent time!!

I think the flag too is a great way to start the holidays! Love those park city outlets! Can't wait to see pictures of little Carson playing soccer...he will be the best! We should get Mitchell and Carson together (same shirt!) Sounds like my kind of holiday!
