Davis DARTS!

My brother in law is the head coach for Davis High School's soccer teams (boys and girls). The girls had a great season and made it to state this year. Our family and Ash and the kids went down Friday night to watch them play. They got to play at Rio Tinto stadium (Real Salt Lake's stadium) in Sandy. It was such a great game. They played so hard throughout. In the last 5 minutes of the game, Alta got ahead 3-2. We thought it was over but in the final 10 seconds, Davis scored. Went into the 10 minute overtime, no one scored. Stayed tied 3-3. Next overtime, nothing happened again. So they went into the penalty shootout, best out of five. Both teams scored 3 again, so still tied. After the first 5 shots, they just keep going until a team misses. Alta scored, Davis, Alta, and on the 7th shot Davis missed. Game over. What a way to lose, I felt so bad. They played awesome though, and of course they have a great coach (Souli). Good job Darts, you guys had a great year!

Oh this kid, wouldn't sit still for nothing. He explored every square inch of this stadium. It least to his poor little mother who had to chase after him that it what if felt like. Oh, but wait he only did that after he successfully spilled my very full cup of hot chocolate all over me and my purse. I don't even want to think about life once he starts walking.

And this one, he spent his time eating popcorn and walking up and down the stairs by our seats the entire night. Kids are such a joy at these type of events.

Baby girl was a little angel, like she always is.

Fun night...glad we got to go.
