Not a whole lot of words from me tonight friends. My heart is feeling very sad. We just found out that a dear, dear friend of mine's little daughter has been diagnosed with leukemia.
This friend is one of my oldest and dearest. She has a heart of gold and is stronger than anyone I know. I have a lot of questions in my mind tonight. Why her, why not me, what kind of world are we living in. However, one thing I know for certain is that if there is anyone that can make it through this, it is my friend. She will survive and she will be all the stronger for it. Her and her little daughter and her sweet family will be in our heavenly fathers hands, and what greater place is there than that. I love you friend, you are in my every thought and prayer.
If all of you have a little room in your heart tonight, send a prayer their way. They need it.

I saw a few posts on her facebook and wondered what was going on. I am so sad to hear this news. I will be praying and praying for her sweet little girl.
Great post. I will definitely keep her fam in my prayers - I've been sad all day after hearing the news. Heartbreaking.
Oh Teri, my aches for her and her Family and you, because I know you are really close to her and although its not your child, you still find yourself wondering how it could be. I've been in this situation and it hurts, all I can say is that prayers do work and miracles happen all the time. All prayers being sent their way. Hang in there friend!
Oh my gosh. Teri I am so sorry to read about such sad news tonight. Oh I can not even imagine. My prayers will be going out to her family and her daughter. Life is just so very precious.
That's all I've been thinking about today, my heart just hurts for their family as well. Like you said they will be a stronger family, just doesn't seem fair though. We will be praying for their family. Sorry friend.
The Loves are in my parents ward, Stacey was the first friend I remember before elementry school. I hope you and Jenny can also find some peace as well as the whole Love family. I too have been thinking, how fast life can change and how random trials are. She is going to need your support more than ever, I am so glad she has you and Jenny as such close friends.
