and a whole lot of family. Thats what family reunions are all about. Another lovely afternoon well spent with the Williams's family!
Later that night...Carsey had a BIG surprise from his Vovo. One more birthday party.
Thiago's mom just couldn't stand that she wasn't there for his birthday, so she threw him another. It was a complete surprise and Carson was ecstatic. I am a little worried that he now thinks birthdays are a week long event. That was his third birthday cake and third round of presents. But oh well, you can never have to many.
She invited all our Brazilian friends, planned a big BBQ for everyone and made this giant cake. I could not love anyone more than my mother in law. She is truly one in a million. As Carson stood up on the stool ready to blow out his candle with this huge smile on his face. A room full of people smiling and clapping, it just kinda hit me how loved my little boy is. Made me a little emotional and extremely grateful for the good people in my life. We are so blessed to have so many friends and family that love us. So to each of you that affect my life and the lives of my children...THANK-YOU. From the very bottom of my heart, thank-you!

She is the sweetest person in the world. She does so much for me and she isn't even my mother-in-law. She is the best. What a cute idea to have it be a surprise.
How fun for Carson...and how sweet of the Cano's for the special surprise. Grandparents, they don't come any better than them! I'll bet you were exhausted after that big day.

I had to comment again. I'm finally getting caught up here. I just wanted to say that what you and Thiago said to Carson is about the sweetest thing in the whole world. I'm sitting her almost in tears. Those are the sweetest words and so true. You both are amazing parents I would give anything to be more like you in any small way. You are lucky to have Carson but he is even more lucky to have you as parents. I will never be able to express my love and admiration to you both. Teri in so many ways you are my rock in life. I love you with all my heart. Teri and Thiago I would be lost in life without you both. You mean so much to me. I just wanted to let you know that. I love you from the bottom of my heart and always will.
What a nice surprise for Carson, his picture is really cute! That cake is huge. You and Jenny look really cute in your picture together! Family and friends are truly the best in my life as well, I can tell you have many people who really love you in your life as well.
