-I am always getting asked "what is it that you guys do, that makes Carson so well behaved". The answer is nothing. I always say "uh, have you met Lincoln". Truly though we just lucked out. He is such a great kid. So respectful, mindful, empathetic, outgoing, polite.....I could go on and on. These traits are as natural to him as breathing.
-Still loves his sleep. He requires a good 12 hours. If not he is irritable and sensitive. He can sleep through anything. Once he is out, he's out.
-His eating habits have really taken off this past year. Used to be the worlds pickiest eater, but he will now try just about anything. And most things he ends up liking. Favorites include:mashed potatoes, noodles (without sauce), anything chocolate, fries, tacos, pancakes and waffles and any kind of cereal.
-Seeks adventure. We always laugh cause he is so small in size, yet nothing intimidates him. He is always up for a challenge. He is the first to try things, he never backs down and he keeps a smile on his face the whole time.
-Still remains my little cuddle bug. I guess that is one of the benefits of being small...he still fits in my lap perfectly. He thrives on affection. Giving it and receiving it. He lets it be known that you are loved.
-As I mentioned he is very into friends right now. I have noticed however that he still remains a leader. He is a natural. He is always full of ideas, he is mindful of each person in the group, and is always carefree and happy. No wonder he is so well liked.
-Is a friend to everyone he meets. At times this trait concerns me, but for the most part I admire it. He truly sees the good in everyone.
-Still loves his downtime. Loves to snuggle in my bed with a good show. Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Star Wars, or Chuggington.
-Quite the imagination. The kid has never really been into toys. He can play with a simple rubberband for like an hour. Talking to it, making up games and challenges, prancing around the house. Doesn't take much to entertain him.
-Is truly my friend. Has been his whole life. He is such a mature little kid. He is always so in tune to my feelings and moods. I have always thought of him as my little companion. Such a joy to be around.
-Enjoys the finer things in life. Flowers, jewels, sparkles, colors....he is so quick to pick up on beauty. He really does have an eye for it.
-Hates to disappoint people. It breaks his heart and makes him very emotional. Once again, this kind of scares me.
-Favorite activities include: riding his bike, playing pirates, jumping and chasing Lincoln, chuggers, anything Star Wars and playing catch with his dad.
-Protective big brother. He is so quick to look after his little brothers. Takes his role very seriously and is always on their side.
-Not much of a treat eater. No candy, no cookies, no baked goods. He does like chocolate though, loves straight chocolate.
-Is not afraid to be different. He is always true to himself, no matter what the result. He does what he wants, when he wants, how he wants. You are either on board or you not. No matter, he moves forward.
-Loves to help. Loves chores and little jobs. Don't know if it is the end prize or what but so far he just jumps at the chance to help me.
-Has had a big year. He is growing up so quickly. I don't know if it is the new baby or what but all the sudden he seems so old and mature. I rely on him so much and am so grateful for the example he sets.
-Lance remains his best friend. They are two peas in a pond. Never will there be two truer friends. There friendship is once in a lifetime. That bond will always be there.
-He is my pride and joy. He brings happiness and laughter into our home. He is our little peacemaker, our uplifter, our calmness. He is one in a million and I am so grateful to call him mine.

I Love this little Carson, what a sweet boy....I again can only see pictures, but I know this boy is a keeper. What a sweetheart. I think there is a reason all of us had little boys...and such wonderful older brothers.....I think we deffinately need to move back and get these boys together more, I think they would be the best of friends. You are such a wonderful mom to this little Carson.....how else would he be so great without you leading him every step of the way! What a lucky little 6year old!

Each and every one so perfectly describes him. He marches to the beat of his own drum, but I have never seen such a boy that is able to captivate people quite like him. He is a born people person, just like Theo, you can't help but love them.
It's so funny how he has never liked toys remember even as a little baby he was always dragging hair dryers behind him and leaving everything else in the dust. That is one thing where him and Lance differ.
I love their friendship, it's like watching me and you as little girls. In their own little world, all the time, no thought for anybody else when they have each other. Wich I guess maybe we should work on, but at the same time I adore how much they adore each other. It's the greatest gift they could give their mommies, best buddies from the start just like us.
