First things first. Thursday is pay day which also means balance checkbook and pay bills day. Today a little extra money came our way, which means today was a VERY good day.
This little critter greeted me at the pantry as I was getting some things out for the boys' breakfast. Yep, he is indeed a snowman. You know what that means. Christmas just may be making its grand entrance in to my home. I have got some odds and ends to finish up on, so as soon as I do that I will give you all a peak.
I finally caved to Thiago and agreed to get rid of our land line. So I spent the morning on my phone switching my contact numbers to my cell. Its gonna be weird not having a home phone. We'll see how I do.
Mid morning nap for some.
Got me and the boys ready and headed out to the car. Dropped off the babies at my mother in laws...
cause its volunteer day for Cars's classroom. Once again I loved every minute of it. Do you like my little name tag they have you wear, Carson gets the biggest kick out of it.
Made a mad dash to Walmart for a few things, and then stopped and got myself a treat. Am I the only one that does this. Sometimes when I am on my own (no kids), I stop and get myself a little somethings sweet. And then I park in my car, eat my treat, sip my coke, listen to my I-phone and then after 15 minutes of me time, I snap back to reality and go pick up my kids. It was a sweet 15 minutes and always helps me through the rest of my hectic day.
Oh, and for the record...I ate BOTH of those cookies.
Came home and watched while hubby tackled our yard. The snow weighed all the trees down and the rest of those leaves fell to the ground. Poor guy, he had his work cut out for him while mowing the lawn today.
While he and the big boys were outside, me and the little guy worked on some birthday invites. Somebody in this house is turning three next week...bet you can't guess who.
And shower time.
And thats that. Now I am off to work off those 2 big cookies I ate. Gotta get a workout in....

ANd yes I love a 15 min diet coke time out with cookies!! We need to do those things for ourselves here and there. And you are soo good, you have already worked thoe cookies off!! :)

You are so funny, I know just what you mean, take the breaks when you can get them! See I told you that is what I was doing after Target. Kids all buckled in, can't move never mind they are whining. I will sip my coke and check my phone for as long as I so desire!
Loved the pictures Ter, a really great set you have here. They made me so happy each and every one. Tell my Carsy boy hello I so missed seeing him today. So did Lance for that matter!
I love the 15 minute break...what a great idea to keep sane! I'll have to jot that idea down.
On a side note-you're so organized, I love it!
