First of all, my bathroom. Seriously, have you ever seen a smaller bathroom than this. Even our townhouse bathroom was bigger than this. Look at my cabinet space, or should I say lack of cabinet space. When I first moved into our house I did not know how I was going to handle this. Like all girls, I require ALOT of crap to get ready, I need at least 3 plugs, not to mention all my other hair supplies. I am proud to say I have adjusted in the 4 years of living here. Carson's bathroom is a bit bigger than this, but not by much. But you get me, Carson and Thiago all trying to get ready at the same time, and well its not a pretty picture. We usually end up with Carson being trapped in the bathtub until his water is cold cause I don't want him in my way, and Thiago yelling at me, that I have been in the bathroom all morning, so could I possibly get out of the way and let him get ready. Which of course my answer is no.
Next on the list, my laundry room. If you can call it that. I would give anything to have my washer and dryer upstairs. I have to go down in the stupid basement to do my laundry. I hate this! I am lazy quite often and don't like walking down there, so I end up leaving loads in to long and then they start to smell so I have to wash them again. I get scared going down there at night, the minute I am done I turn off the light and literally book it upstairs. I think someone is always going to jump out and get me. Also in the winter it is sooo cold down there. I hang dry all of our clothes, so I am already freezing and then having to hang up a huge pile of wet clothes does not help.
I don't know about the rest of you moms...but I have certain movies that I see Carson walking towards me with and I just want to scream. What is it with 2 year olds and watching the same stupid movie over and over and over. These are his favorites. I swear if I have to watch Monsters one more time....Ughh, I get so sick of it. I have bought him a whole stack of movies that he won't even try cause he just keeps watching the same ones. Needless to say, I have that Barney episode on the farm memorized, Clip-clop, clip-clop riding on a pony...stupid Barney!
Then comes the garage. With winter dying out and spring on its way in. There is much work to be done, I have started my spring cleaning. Scrubbing walls, organizing closets, shampooing our carpets and all of that. And while doing this, we are also getting going on our yard, we have been pulling weeds, fertilizing, straightening up our flower beds, you know that kind of thing. Well the garage is next on our list. It is so dirty, everytime I walk out there I get depressed. Carson even told me it was dirty and I needed to vacuum it. In the summer we are outside so much, that I keep it in tip top shape, in the winter we have just thrown stuff everywhere...notice my cardboard boxes along the side. Those were the boxes for the entertainment center and TV, that my dear husband has just left sitting there. Honestly is it that hard to get rid of them.
Last but not least, this stupid bush. It died for some reason last summer, I don't know what happened. Everything around it did fine, except for this. And it was beautiful, up until it died that is. Now we need to pull it and figure out what to put in its place, it sits right next to my garage in my side flower bed, and it is a constant ugly reminder.
Well there you have it, do you all just feel so sorry for me. Don't get me wrong, I don't lose sleep over any of these things, they are just stupid and constantly annoy me. Life goes on though...of course!

You are a nut, what else can I say. I do agree with you, but I would have never thought to do all of those for a post. Granny O would tell you to be thankful for what you have. Ha, Ha. Just drink some more water, it will make you feel better and those things won't bother you.
You are hillarious, I laughed through this whole thing. I can just see you running up the stairs after doing laundry. In fact I remember you calling me and mom in total panic one night absolutely sure someone was in your basement. Funny! I also love Cars's comment on the garage, if anybody would know something is dirty it would be Cars. FUNNY!
I am there with you on most of your complaints. My bathroom is about the exact same size as your, my shed out back is a mess and my yard needs some serious tlc. I really enjoyed your post thanks for the laugh.
You are funny. But honestly I agree with on this stuff. I would hate it too. I'm so anal about our garage I sweep it out every two weeks or so even in winter. Souli thinks I'm physco. But I think your garage is a part of your house why not keep it clean too.
Teri, Can I just say that I am jealous of the counter space in your bathroom. I am not kidding. We have a pedistal sink without any counters. I can not set my stuff anywhere but the back of the toilet. Can we say gross? I usually give up on doing much of anything with my hair because I just can't stand my bathroom. Thanks for lettin me vent just a little too. I needed that!
Too funny, I thought I was the only one who left a load of laundry in the washer and had to rewash it!
Thanks for that post. it made me laugh! My main bathroom is the same size as yours and it's the ONLY bathroom in the house, so i can feel your pain. I agree with everything else you said too. Glad to know I'm not the only one going insane here.
You are cute! I liked this post alot! I feel the same way! Nick thinks I am crazy and he think the closets are fine, but I am going crazy! It is actually on my to do list today, to clean out my closets! Yes be lucky you even have a garage ha ha! Anyways its okay summer will come your yard will look as beautiful as always, and also just think of running up the stairs every night as a little bit of excercise, see its really a blessing in disguise. (Not that you need exercise) ANyways enough from me!
